Q. Should I book by plumber before or after ordering my goods?
A. We strongly recommend confirming your fitter only when you have received your order
and are satisfied that the goods are 100% OK.
We do our best to deliver on the dates stated but on
the odd occasion we are unable to do so,
through lack of goods at the manufacturers, shipping delays etc.
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. We offer a next day delivery on various items but most of our
shipments will take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive,
this will be confirmed upon placement of your order.
Q. Can I have a brochure of your products?
A. Unfortunately we cannot supply brochures because of the vast
amount of manufacturers we deal with,
however we can supply website addresses of the various brands on request.
